We have a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your item(s). Custom items are non-refundable. Follow care instructions included with your package to maintain item condition. DTF transfers last 30-45 washes if cared for correctly. Use size charts to determine your size, as we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Include receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable Items
Custom products, personalized items, TikTok Live sale items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
We’ll notify you after inspecting your return. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or credit card delays are beyond our control.
